Meet Our Capable Omaha Trial Attorneys
Together, Burnett Legal Group’s founding partners Anne K. Burnett and Andrew J. Wilson have over fifty years of experience helping Nebraska families. Since her graduation from Creighton University School of Law in 1997, Anne has built a reputation as one of Nebraska’s most knowledgeable and approachable estate planning attorneys. Her breadth of experience in areas such as long-term care planning, family businesses and real estate enables her to assist clients in dealing with a wide range of situations.
After graduating from the University of Nebraska School of Law in 1991, Andy became a skilled trial attorney during his years with the Douglas County Public Defender. He then transitioned into private practice. His diverse litigation practice includes extensive work on personal injury cases, representing both plaintiffs and insurance companies, a perspective many personal injury lawyers don’t have. Andy has also served our community in various roles. He currently serves as board member for the Youth Emergency Services, Board President for the Countryside Community Church Charitable Foundation, and Executive Board member and President-Elect of the Omaha Bar Association.
