Daniel P. Bost

Associate Attorney

Dan Bost joined Burnett Legal Group as an associate in December of 2021. In practice, Dan focuses on serving clients in all areas of and through all stages of estate planning and administration. His goal is to make clients both comfortable and knowledgeable. Dan enjoys connecting with clients and making them feel more at ease as he strives to not only give clients the best results, but also the best experience possible. Dan wants to give clients a thorough, practical, and accurate understanding of their estate planning options and to meet clients’ objectives in allocating estate funds.

Dan received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Creighton University in 2015 and Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in 2020. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award – an award given for the highest grade in the course – as the top Mediation student. He was also a member of the Moot Court Board, the Public Interest Law Forum, and participated in the Ronald R. Volkmer immersion trip to the Dominican Republic, where he learned about the legal structure of developing countries.

When not working, Dan is often with his friends and family. Dan enjoys spending time in the Dundee neighborhood, where he has lived his entire life and is a lifelong parishioner of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. He loves reading, traveling, jogging, (trying to) golf, and cheering on the Creighton Bluejays.

In 2021, Dan was admitted to the Nebraska state bar and to the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska.
